Our lead photographer and business owner is acclaimed media expert Wiley Lulfs. Wiley is also a licensed real estate agent with the State of Florida. Wiley is a lifelong South Florida resident and is very well known for his marine, landscape, event and MLS real estate photography
Our main drone pilot is Johann Hoffend. Johann is an FAA licensed drone pilot. Johann is also a local TV traffic & news reporter with countless hours in the sky.
Our prices are listed above. We always offer special rates which reflect current market trends. Cash or Credit Card invoicing is available.
All photographers at South Florida Home Tours are State Licensed. We have eKey access to properties and often photograph properties without the Agent or owner present. The option is totally yours and we are happy to accommodate either way.
Our prices listed above are for approximately 90 minutes on-site, however we understand very large homes with many features and particular clients will require more time to shoot, often 4 hours on site. Our Photo Day Rate for up to 50 photos is $500 and includes next day editing. Our Drone Day Rate is $300 and includes next day editing.
You will have your interior/ exterior photos available for MLS usually within 1-2 days. Drone photography is subject to weather conditions and may require additional time. We understand your urgency.
Yes! Local Real Estate Board Rules have become stricter regarding the use of photographs on MLS. We offer a universally used, standard photography Agreement necessary for MLS photography which cover you as the Agent / Client, and us as the Photographer. Please read it here:
